Kyocera Courtesy Call (KCC)
Our technicians provide complementary cleaning and general service to your Kyocera printers twice a year thus keeping your machines and fleets at maximum performance and durability. (KCC does not include replacement of parts or travel to remote areas.)
Loaner Service
Should your Kyocera Machine be in need of a part that we do not have in stock or require a few days to diagnose we offer free use of a loaner until your machine is fixed.
Fast Response Time
Service calls are answered within 2 hours in Belize City and one or two days for out-district towns and villages. Where possible visits outside Belize City are consolidated to reduce travel costs.
